Bom Bay Blanche – French 75
Add gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, strain into a champagne flute, then top with Champagne or Prosecco.
Bom Bay Blanche – Negroni
Combine 30 ml of gin, 30 ml of Campari, and 30 ml of sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice, stir until well-chilled, then strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.
Bom Bay Blanche – Indian Lemongrass
Muddle sliced lemongrass, then add 2 parts Bombay Blanche Dry Gin, 1 part lemon juice, and cubed ice; stir well, top with club soda, and garnish with two lemon wedges and an optional sprig of lemongrass.
Bom Bay Blanche – Indian Buck
Build 1½ parts Bombay Blanche Dry Gin and a lime wedge over cubed ice, top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, squeeze the lime, and garnish with an optional sprig of lemongrass.
Bom Bay Blanche – Tom Collins
Build 60 ml of gin, 30 ml lemon juice, and 15 ml simple syrup in a Collins glass filled with ice, stir thoroughly, then top with soda water.
Bom Bay Blanche – Gin & Tonic
Build 1½ parts Bombay Blanche Dry Gin, Fever-Tree Tonic Water, a lime wedge, and a lemon wedge over cubed ice, squeeze the lime, then garnish with the lemon wedge and an optional sprig of lemongrass.
Bom Bay Blanche – Gin Martini
Add 2.5 oz Bombay Blanche Dry Gin and 0.5 oz dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, stir until very cold, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lemon twist or olive.
Bom Bay Blanche – Cardinale
Add 40 ml Bay Blanche Gin, 20 ml dry vermouth, and 10 ml bitter Campari to a mixing glass with ice, stir well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with lemon zest.
Bom Bay Blanche – Vesper
Add 45 ml Bay Blanche Gin, 15 ml vodka, and 7.5 ml Lillet Blanc to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with lemon zest.
Bom Bay Blanche – Ramos Fizz
Add 45 ml Bay Blanche Gin, fresh lime and lemon juice, sugar syrup, cream, egg white, orange flower water, and vanilla extract to a shaker with ice and shake for two minutes; double strain into a glass, return the drink to the shaker and hard-shake without ice for one minute, then strain into a highball glass, top with soda water, and serve without garnish.

Add 60 ml Bay Blanche Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, and Italian basil leaves to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Bom Bay Blanche – Clover Club
Add 45 ml gin, 15 ml raspberry syrup, 15 ml fresh lemon juice, and a few drops of egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with fresh raspberries.
